How do I register?

You can start the registration process by clicking the "Sign Up" button. A form will open where you enter your personal details such as first name, last name, and personal ID number. After that, you create your username, password, e-mail address, and answer the selected security question.

Once you enter all the required information, confirm that you are of legal age and accept the General Terms and Conditions. After that, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. Once you click the link, your e-mail address will be confirmed.

How do I verify my identity?

You can start the verification process directly through the displayed notification or at any time by selecting the “Verify identity” option located in the right-side menu of your WWIN account.

The verification process consists of the following steps:

  • Photographing the document - take a photo of the front side of the document. If the document is double-sided, the system will also request the back side.
  • Face photo - take a photo of your face to confirm your identity.
  • Data verification - the system automatically processes the photos. After the verification is completed, your account will be verified and activated.
I did not receive the confirmation e-mail during registration. What can I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If the e-mail is not there either, you can request it again. In the right-side menu, open “Personal details”, check your e-mail address, and click “Verify e-mail” – the e-mail will immediately be sent again to the address you entered.
Am I allowed to register more than once?
You may register only once as a user on the website. Once your registration has been successfully completed, your details are stored in our database and a new registration is not allowed. If you register again using incorrect information, WWIN has the right to close the additional account.
How are my data protected?

For your protection, WWIN applies the best and most modern technical and technological measures, practices, and data encryption methods.

Data access protection measures include restricting physical access to infrastructure and ensuring that only authorized persons have access exclusively to the necessary data. To protect against unauthorized access through computer networks, various IP restrictions and rules, modern firewall barriers, and SSL certificate encryption are used to secure and encrypt your communication with our servers.
