General terms
Exclusion and limitation of liability.
- WWIN, (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), shall bear no responsibility for any possible damage caused by system failure, incorrect, delayed or intentionally manipulated data transmission, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
- The Organizer’s guarantee applies exclusively to the stake or to the amount of unpaid winnings.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for typing, transmission and/or assessment errors. The Organizer reserves the right to correct obvious errors made during the entry of betting odds and/or entry of final results of the relevant events, even after the events have ended, with the possibility of cancelling bets.
- The Organizer shall not be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of available information, and shall not be responsible for the accuracy of live results, statistics and result notifications sent via e-mail or SMS messages, as well as current live betting results. All such information is for informational purposes only and subject to subsequent verification and changes.
- Winnings achieved due to a technical error, malfunction or transmission issue may subsequently be cancelled by the Organizer. In such cases, the stake shall be returned to the user account, and users who intentionally attempt to exploit technical and/or administrative errors shall be considered responsible by the Organizer for all damage arising from their actions.
- Only the stake stored in our records shall be considered valid.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality and lawful use of their account, and for all damage resulting from account misuse, the user accepts full responsibility for the resulting consequences.
- The Organizer reserves the right, without stating reasons, to exclude a user from participating in betting and gaming. We reserve the right, without stating reasons, to refuse the opening of a user account, as well as to close it.
- The Organizer cannot in any way be held responsible for any sanctions imposed on users from areas where participation in sports betting, multiplayer poker, casino games, and games similar to lottery games is prohibited or subject to any legal restrictions. The Organizer has no obligation to provide any further information, warnings or additional explanations regarding betting regulations in individual countries, nor shall it be responsible for any losses arising from the user’s failure to comply with legal regulations in any country.
User responsibility, account and personal data confidentiality
By accessing the WWIN website, you accept the terms and provisions of the General Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have been informed thereof, as well as that these terms are subject to change, and you undertake the obligation to comply with them. The user is obliged to check at least once a month on the website wwin.com whether there have been any updates or changes to the General Terms and Conditions.
By placing a bet, participating in games and placing stakes, the user declares that they have reached the minimum age prescribed by law required for participation in betting and games.
Furthermore, by placing a bet, participating in games and placing stakes, the user confirms that they understand the conditions for placing a bet, possess the necessary legal and health capacity, and have read and understood the Rules Section before confirming the placement of a bet.
In the event of failure to comply with or violation of any part of this article, the Organizer reserves the right to close the account and undertake all necessary legal actions.
The user acknowledges and consents that the personal data provided to WWIN during account registration may be stored and processed electronically.
The user’s personal data shall not be forwarded to third parties in any form unless the user authorizes such action.
We reserve the right to inform users about our products, promotional campaigns and news via e-mail, telephone or post, unless the user expresses the wish not to be contacted in this manner.
If an error occurs during account balance posting, the user is obliged to immediately notify the Organizer thereof. Any funds mistakenly credited to the account are not the property of the user and the user has no right to use them, while the Organizer reserves the right to correct such errors and immediately inform the user thereof.
In order to prevent match-fixing and offer manipulation, we reserve the right to forward data of suspected users, as well as information about their bets or other games, to competent authorities, sports bodies or any third party responsible for investigating such violations.
Intellectual Property
Publishing, transmitting, reproducing or using content downloaded from our websites is strictly prohibited, except for downloads for personal use on the user’s computer. Any other use shall be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and subject to sanctions. We are not responsible for any malfunctions of computers, mobile devices, telecommunications or internet connections, nor for software issues on the user’s computer.
The General Terms and Conditions, as well as the entire system regulated thereby, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Organizer, and each user, by registering, declares acceptance thereof.
The sports betting system, multiplayer poker, casino games and games similar to lottery games are protected by copyright as a whole, including their individual parts. Any complete or partial copying of the whole, any individual part or the idea itself is prohibited.
Registration/Account
Registration
In order to place bets on wwin.com, the user must register a user account. The registration request is made by completing and submitting the prescribed application form containing mandatory and optional data. Mandatory data include: Personal Identification number, first name, last name, password, e-mail, username, personal question, personal answer. Optional data include: telephone number and address.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data, and in the event of providing false data, WWIN has the right to terminate the user’s account and deny payment of any potential winnings. Upon WWIN’s request, the user is obliged to provide a copy of an official photo identification document (passport, driver’s license, identity card).
If the user does not wish to receive notifications about promotional campaigns, news or other notifications via e-mail, mobile phone or post, they may cancel such notifications at any time without additional explanation. The user acknowledges that due to various administrative and technical reasons, up to 24 hours may pass from the moment of unsubscribe request until its implementation.
Account
After a successfully created account, all bets, transactions, stakes and winnings shall be processed through it.
User CAN NOT have more than one account.
In the event of opening new accounts by an existing user (for the purpose of exploiting promotional bonus offers, bypassing deposit limits or for any other purpose), WWIN shall cancel placed bets, withdraw any bonuses and close the account. Any criminal or suspicious activity shall be reported to the competent authorities. Free amounts obtained through promotional campaigns, as well as winnings achieved based on such actions, shall be considered void and shall not be paid out.
The user may set a permanent/temporary time restriction during which they will not be able to use the services.
A break from gaming may last 24 hours, one week, one month, as determined by the user in the request. Upon expiry of the period, the betting and gaming offer shall again be available to the user without restrictions.
If no bet is placed and no game is played in the Poker, Casino or Games sections on the user account within a period of 12 months, the account shall, after the expiry of those 12 months, be considered an “inactive account”.
Real money betting
Depositing funds, beginning of betting
- In order to participate in betting and games with real money, the user must deposit a certain minimum amount of money into their account or receive a certain free amount into the account based on a marketing campaign, hereinafter referred to as a bonus.
For a successfully placed bet, the user must have in their account the minimum amount prescribed by the rule on the minimum stake amount.
Citizens of the USA, France and Germany are not allowed to register for an account.
Betting fraud, manipulation of the games.
If the Organizer notices frequent and conspicuous betting or there is suspicion of competition or result manipulation, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude the offer for a competition or series of competitions and postpone or refuse payment for a competition or series of competitions until the regularity of the competition or series of competitions is confirmed by the competent institution.
By placing a bet, the user confirms that they have no knowledge of the final outcome of the event on which they are betting.
The user accepts and agrees that if a bet is placed on an incorrect offer due to a delay in the Live broadcast, and one of the teams has gained a significant advantage unknown to the Organizer due to the delay, the bet(s) shall be cancelled.
-The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt betting on an event due to transmission problems, other technical issues or suspicion of fraud.
If the Organizer notices frequent incidents involving attempts at late betting and exploitation of time delays in live betting, such actions shall be considered an attempt at fraud and handled in accordance with the rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to subsequently cancel a bet if winnings were achieved due to a technical error, malfunction or transmission problem. In such case, the stake shall be returned to the user account.
The Organizer shall hold the user responsible for any damage arising from intentional exploitation of a technical or administrative error.
The use of mechanical, electronic or any other devices for decision-making in any game in the capacity of a user or guest on WWIN is strictly prohibited.
The user independently submits the betting request. Repeated requests with the same selections by the same or another user may subsequently be cancelled in the following cases:
- when, due to similarity or frequency, the Organizer reasonably considers that the users are acting as collaborators or an association.
- when identical bets are placed within a short period of time.
In any of the above cases, the Organizer shall pay the amount that would have been accepted for one user placing one bet.
Deposit limits
Deposit limits may be checked by the user on their account and are in accordance with our standard practices. The Organizer has the right to adjust limits at any time, either increasing or decreasing them.
Users may independently request the establishment or adjustment of limits. In this case, the deposit limit determined by the user may also be revoked at their request. The user may also submit a request to the Organizer for a limit higher than the standard deposit limit.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject such a request or, even if accepted for an individual case, return the limit to the standard deposit limit at any time.
The Organizer reserves the right, without special explanation, to set additional limits for certain events or players.
Use of account funds
The user may use their account funds at any time.
Funds tied to a particular bet/game cannot be used.
If, based on deposited funds, a promotional bonus has been credited to the user account, and the user requests withdrawal of the funds on the basis of which the bonus was received before achieving the minimum number of required wagers for the bonus to become valid, the bonus shall be cancelled.
If funds are mistakenly credited to the user account, the user is obliged to immediately notify the Organizer thereof. Any winning bets directly or indirectly based on such mistakenly credited amounts shall be invalid.
If the user withdraws mistakenly credited funds or places bets with them and loses them, the Organizer reserves the right to recover the due amounts.
If the stake is not used for gaming or betting purposes and there is suspicion of misuse (no placed bets), it shall be considered that the user is abusing exchange rate fluctuations. In such a case, the Organizer has the right to cancel the relevant stake(s), request reimbursement of all costs incurred through such deposits and close the user account.
The Organizer reserves the right to request clearly visible copies of your credit card for the purpose of protection against fraud involving such cards.
When depositing funds into the account, users guarantee that they do not:
- deposit money originating from criminal activities
- deposit money using a credit card for which they do not have authorization or sufficient funds
Promotional betting amounts, bonuses
Granted free betting amounts and bonuses may only be used as stakes in games and cannot be transferred or withdrawn until the conditions regarding the required number of wagers of the granted bonus are fulfilled.
Bonuses granted by the Organizer must be used no later than within two months from receipt into the account and fully wagered in the manner and quantity prescribed in the conditions upon receiving the bonus. Otherwise, the Organizer shall cancel the granted bonuses.
The bonus does not become withdrawable (it cannot be withdrawn, but only used for gaming or betting) until the user has wagered it the required number of times and at the odds specified when the bonus was granted.
If the user requests a withdrawal before fulfilling this condition, they shall lose the granted bonus.
Betting on both possible outcomes of certain matches, as well as similar stakes in games or Casino (stake on “1” and “2” in tennis matches, stake on black/red or odd/even in Casino, etc.), which are obviously intended solely to meet bonus conditions, shall not count towards the number of bets required to fulfil the bonus conditions.
Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses is not permitted. In the event of observed misuse, bonuses shall be cancelled and the account closed. One user may not use multiple bonuses simultaneously (unless otherwise determined by the Organizer). The Organizer reserves the right to terminate marketing campaigns before their scheduled end.
Withdrawal
Before the first withdrawal from the account, the user must provide a visible and legible copy of an official photo identification document. Based on the copy of the official photo identification document, the Organizer shall verify the identity of the data against the data provided during registration (first name and last name and date of birth). Withdrawal of winnings shall be made exclusively in the name of the account holder.
The Organizer may, if deemed necessary, request copies of additional documents or papers such as a utility bill in the user’s name with the registered address, bank statement, etc., all for security purposes due to the risk of identity theft.
The user agrees to provide account details through which bets are to be placed. The user agrees that the Organizer may use such data for returning funds to the user.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the withdrawal method in individual cases. WWIN shall bear no responsibility for changes in payout amounts caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
Access to the account
Each user bears responsibility for the confidentiality of their user account and is obliged to prevent third-party use of their account.
To access the account, the user uses credentials (username and password) chosen by themselves. The Organizer is not familiar with the user’s password.
The user shall not allow a third party to use the login details of their user account.
The user accepts full responsibility for consequences arising from failure to comply with the provision regarding confidentiality of access data. Username, password and personal question must be kept confidential. All account activity performed using the username and password shall be considered the responsibility of the user, and the Organizer bears no responsibility for the same.
Complaints procedure regarding account balance and transactions
Complaints regarding account statements and balances stated therein must be submitted within 14 days from the occurrence to which the complaint relates. Upon expiry of this period, the user shall be deemed to agree with the account balance and transactions.
For all legal relations between the user and WWIN (excluding provisions referring to international private law), the General Terms and Conditions shall apply. For any possible disputes between WWIN and the user, the jurisdiction of the competent court in Banja Luka is agreed.
All times on the WWIN platform are expressed in “UTC+1” standard time unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to amend and supplement the General Terms and Conditions.
In the case of differences in the versions of the General Terms and conditions in other languages and Serbian language, Serbian version of general terms and conditions is valid.
Money transfer
The amount that the user may transfer is determined on a daily and monthly basis.
The Organizer determines individually for each user the amount of money permitted for transfer.
The Organizer has the right at any time to change the amount of money permitted for transfer or to completely prohibit money transfer.
Money transfer may not be used for payment of services or goods.
The recipient of transferred funds may use the received funds across the entire WWIN offer.
The recipient of transferred funds may not withdraw the received funds or transfer them to a third party.
The recipient of transferred funds may withdraw the received funds or transfer them to a third party only after placing a stake (bet) in the amount of the received funds on sports betting or live betting.
