How to make a deposit?

Log in to your WWIN account and open the "Deposit" section. Choose the payment method that suits you best (card, bank transfer, or another available option), enter the amount and confirm the transaction.
Funds are usually shown on your account immediately.

A verified identity is required for deposits.

Which deposit options are available?

WWIN offers multiple deposit methods so you can choose the option that suits you best. Deposits can be made online or at bet shop location.

Available deposit options are: Aircash, Crypto, WWIN voucher, xBon, Kliker, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, bank transfer and WWIN bet shop.

All options are clearly shown on the deposit page, where you simply select the desired method and follow the steps to complete the deposit.

How do cryptocurrency deposits work?

In the deposit section, select the "Crypto" option and then choose the desired cryptocurrency.

Available cryptocurrencies: USDT, ETH, BTC, LTC, XRP, BNB, DOGE, TRX, ADA, SOL, TON, POL, and USDC.

Deposits are fee-free, and once the transaction is confirmed on the network, the amount is shown on your user account.

The deposit is not showing on my account - what can I do?

Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the deposit still does not appear, check the transaction confirmation and contact customer support with proof of payment (screenshot or bank confirmation) so the status can be checked.

How to request a withdrawal?

Log in and open the "Withdrawal" section. Choose the withdrawal method and enter the amount you want to withdraw, then submit the request. Processing time depends on the selected method, usually up to 24 hours.

Where can I see my deposit and withdrawal history?

In the "Transactions" section, you can view all deposits, withdrawals and other activities related to your user account.
