What is a Bonus?

Bonus is a promotion which we offer to our players to be used in sports (prematch) or live betting.

Depending on the current promotionsa bonus amount is added to the user account. The Bonus has to be activated in order to be used for betting.
Bonus Types
Direct bonus (bonus that doesn't need to be activated)

Direct bonus is an amount added to your account without the prior deposit requirement and activation. Direct Bonus is added to your ''Active Bonus''. Direct bonus can be used instantly after accepting it.

Deposit Bonus

Deposit Bonus is based on the percentage of the deposit amount up to a maximum amount. The deposit bonus needs to be activated before it can be used.

After the conditions have been fulfilled for a certain promotion a popup window will be shown where you can accept or decline a bonus.
How to activate the bonus?

After you have accpeted the bonus, the claimed bonus can be found in the section ''Non activated bonus''

Bonus is activated by playing with real money.

In order to activate the bonus you need to complete certaing conditions while playing with real money. Conditions can be seen on the webpage ''My Bonuses''
Can I withdraw my money if I received a bonus?

Deposited money can always be withdrawn but the bonus is not possible to activate without the real money. If the bonus is not activated in a certain deadline it will be cancelled.

How is the Bonus used?
After you have activated the bonus the same bonus can be used while prematch and live betting. In order to place a bet using the bonus you need to check the box ''Bet with Bonus'' at the top of the ticket. The box is visible only if you have an active bonus.

For the bonus bet you will also have defined the minimum ticket pair number and minimum odds per ticket. This is shown while placing the ticket.
How is the win calculated using the bonus?
A bet with an active bonus is virtual money and is not counted as a real money win.

Example:
With a 10,00€ bet on the odd 5,00 the virtual win is 50,00€ and real money win is 40,00€. The bonus money bet is deducted from the virtual win which in this case is 10,00€
How can I verify my account?
In order to verify your account you need to send a photo ID. The customer support shall approve your account and can ask for additional information if they need to in order to verify the user account

Tax calculation according to the Law on Games of Chance, Sl. glasnik RS 22/19. Articles 101 to 103

Method of tax calculation:

  • Tax base = Total profit - Total stake
  • Tax = Tax Base x Tax Rate
  • Example: Ticket stake = 100,00KM, Odds: 15,00, Total winnings: 1500,00
  • Tax base = 1,500.00 - 100.00 = 1,400.00
  • Tax = 1,400.00 x 0.10 = 140.00
  • Payout = 1,500.00 - 140.00 = 1360.00

  • 0.00% - for winnings from 0.00 KM to 1,000.00 KM
  • 10.00% for winnings over 1,000.00 KM to 10,000.00 KM
  • 15.00% for winnings higher than 10,000.00 KM to 50,000.00 KM
  • 20.00% for winnings higher than 50,000.00 KM to 100,000.00 KM
  • 30.00% for winnings over 100,000.00 KM

Tax rates in €:

  • 0.00% - for winnings from € 0.00 to € 511.29
  • 10.00% for winnings over € 511.29 to € 5,112.91
  • 15.00% for winnings over € 5,112.91 to € 25,564.59
  • 20.00% for winnings over € 25,564.59 to € 51,129.18
  • 30.00% for winnings over € 51,129.18
