Shorter registration and faster verification

If you are just opening a WWIN account, you will now see a form with 10 fields instead of the previous 18. You enter less information and reach account verification faster.

Instead of manual document verification, which could take up to 24 hours, you can now confirm your identity using the Face Auth option. This is a quick identity check using your camera, which can be completed in approximately one minute.

Deposit without leaving the game

When you want to top up your account, you no longer have to leave the game or the page you are currently on.

Select the Deposit option, complete the transaction in the open window and continue where you left off. You can mark the payment method you use most often as a favourite so that it is immediately available for your next deposit.

Easier withdrawal request submission

You can save and select your favourite payment method, withdrawal location or account number again when submitting your next request. This means you do not have to enter the same information from scratch every time.

If you forget the answer to your security question, Face Auth can serve as an alternative identity verification method to continue the withdrawal process.

All messages in the WWIN inbox

You can now follow WWIN messages and notifications directly in the inbox on the platform, without opening a separate email inbox.
